WIRES will be holding two Rescue and Immediate Care courses for people interested in becoming WIRES members. The first, for people on Sydney\'s North Shore will be held on 17 and 18 October at West Lindfield and the second at Casula Power House Museum on 24 and 25 October. You will learn basic animal rescue skills and after the course will be able to care for birds and possums. With further specialist training, you will be qualified to care for kangaroos and wallabies, wombats, koalas, flying foxes and reptiles.
